Manor Home is located in the middle of the bustling city of Geneva, Ashtabula county and is 4 miles south of the great Lake Erie and Ohio's first amusement park - on the Lake. We are a 54 person all male Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Developmental Disability (ICFDD). Person centered services provided include but are not limited to: 24-hour nursing on site, positive behavior support, Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietician Services, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies, Social Services and Community Integration. We are a certified HCBS Wavier Provider and partner with Creative Life and Work (CLW) for Day Services.
