William Maynard
William has over 20 years’ experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities. He first served as a QIDP with Echoing Hills Village, Inc., and has served in the capacity of an Administrator with Empowering People since 2001. He currently is the Administrator of Takoda Trails and oversees 3 ICF operations as well as waiver operations in Butler, Clermont and Hamilton Counties. William led the downsizing of Takoda Trails which resulted in the building of 13 homes at 4 locations throughout Butler and Hamilton Counties. He is also active in assisting individuals with community integration thru Empowering People waiver operations. William received his Bachelor of Science degree from Wilmington College in 1997.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to share our passion of serving individuals with developmental disabilities, and specifically individuals with intense behavioral needs and dual diagnosis. We believe that we have both the ability and experience to serve this population with EXCELLENCE.
Certified IO, Level 1 waiver provider, as well as ICF/IID services, we have the opportunity to provide a variety of services in a wide range of settings. This also enables us to place individuals in environments where they will be most successful. Our ICF operations are located in Butler and Hamilton Counties. Additionally, our waiver division serves people in Hamilton, Butler and Clermont Counties.
Person centered services provided include but are not limited to: 24-hour nursing on site, positive behavior support, Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietician Services, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies, Social Services and Community Integration. We are a certified HCBS Wavier Provider and partner with Creative Life and Work (CLW) for Day Services.
