Kimberly Vournazos, LNHA, QIDP

Kim has 16 years of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities. She started as a QIDP at Foundations in Clark County, Ohio in April of 2001 and then moved to Administrator of Clark County locations in October 2007. Kim received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Family Relationships from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2001 and earned her Nursing Home Administrator License in 2009. Kim is a Physical/Psychological Management Training (PMT) Trainer, certified in Trauma Responsive Care and a member of Tri State Trauma Network.

Kim enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Chris, three young boys, Isaiah, Ian and Joseph, and Piper, the family’s beloved German Shepherd/Greyhound 4 legged human. Family is most important and together we participate in the local Cub and Boy Scout Programs as well as participating in any soccer program we can find! For family fun we enjoy the Zoo, roller skating, bike riding and board games.

With the assistance of a group of dedicated and licensed professionals, we strive to meet and exceed individual expectations and improve quality of life.

We serve all levels of developmental disabilities, from mild to profound, and offer a host of services designed to meet the specific needs and wants of the individuals we serve. Our QIDP’s works closely with individuals, guardians and other professional staff to develop individualized plans to facilitate the acquisition of life skills for greater independence. Person centered services provided include but are not limited to: 24-hour nursing on site, positive behavior support, Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietician Services, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies, Social Services and Community Integration. We are a certified HCBS Wavier Provider and partner with Creative Life and Work (CLW) for Day Services.
