Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS)

For some the person centered way is best achieved in the comfort of their own home whether they live independently, with family, friends or other individuals. We empower and support people while allowing them to maintain their surroundings and routines with as little disruption as possible. Empowering People, Inc (EPI) provides a wide array of HCBS including:

• Homemaker and Personal Care Services to include increased independence in cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, medication administration
• Transportation to community events, medical appointments, medical appointments, visits with family and friends
• Payee Services
• Respite Care for families or individuals in our ICFs and other locations in the community as available
